During our recent home purchase we couldn't have asked for a more experienced realtor.  As first time buyers we had plenty of questions.  Unlike others, we wanted an explanation for every dotted line we were asked to sign upon and we received detailed answers.  Her patience was remarkable.  The entire process, from written offer to closing was spelled out.  This was done with an ingrained knowledge that only comes from years of experience.

 

After finding the home of our dreams, we entered into a bidding war and things began to fall apart.  We finally gave up, but Alissa didn't.  She made sure we were the backup offer because in her words, "stranger things have happened."  And strange things did happen, because the first offer fell out, and our offer was accepted!  Her insistence in making sure our offer was the backup revealed her tenacity and commitment to helping us fulfill our dreams.

 

Lastly is her follow-thru.  A situation with our lender emerged and our rate lock was scheduled to expire before closing.  Alissa made sure all parties, lender, escrow and seller were all on the same page and we were able to close on time without any additional lender fees.

I just want to thank you for finding me this great house.  I didn't think I'd be able to find one that fit all my requirements but was still within my price range, but this house is exactly the sort of thing I was looking for, and I've been quite happy since I moved in.  As you know, I delayed house hunting for months because I dreaded having to deal with real estate agents, banks, and escrow officers, but having you around to answer my questions and to guide me through the veritable labyrinth of paperwork made everything relatively easy and damned near comprehensible.

 

I especially appreciated the way you always made me feel that your job was to find me the right house, rather than just to sell me something for a lot of money.  We looked at a lot of houses that I wasn't totally satisfied with, but you were always willing to keep looking until  we found one that was exactly right.  I also appreciated you calling me months after I moved in, to remind m about my property taxes and to make sure that I hadn't encountered any problems with the house.  Not many real estate agents would continue servicing their clients like that so long after the sale.

 

I'll be happy to recommend you to all my house-hunting friends and I hope someday we'll be able to work together again.  Thanks for all your help.

This is just a short note to share with you my delight at the experience I encountered during the sale of my home at 1216 S. Curson Ave. under the stewardship of Clinton and Alissa Solomon and Nathan Davidson.

I initially listed my home with Prudential last July. My decision to list with Prudential was predicated largely on a past sales experience I had with Alissa, which went smoothly and apparently effortlessly. Alissa also was able to connect me with a loan specialist who was able to arrange for the appropriate financing for that purchase. Without this action on her part, I may not have been able to conclude the purchase.

The sale of my house was initially listed in July, with escrow closing at the end of November. This period entailed numerous open houses and showings. Clinton, Alissa, and Nathan never failed to be available to answer any questions I had during this time, and provided valuable, reasoned, and experienced counsel as decisions needed to be made regarding amended pricing for the house and in the issues attendant to the ultimate sale.

I always found them all to be courteous, friendly, willing to share their knowledge, and forthcoming and truthful in their appraisals of the current housing market; all valuable commodities to an apprehensive and confused home seller.

I am planning to purchase a home again in the near future. You may be assured that my loyalty is to Prudential Realty and Team Solomon.
